Discover our tastings
Our duty is to transport customers to Japan and make them feel like they are in a real Japanese restaurant.
In our tastings, all ingredients are carefully prepared, ensuring that no fish is served raw.
We seek to convey to our customers the Japanese approach to cooking, highlighting the meticulousness with which each ingredient is worked, reflecting the tradition and art of Japanese cuisine.
We have 3 tasting levels:
SIMPLE, PREMIUM AND MASTER.
The difference between these is not the quantity, but the ingredients: more economical or more noble.
Typically at the higher levels we bring ingredients directly from Japan.

Premium Tasting
This tasting features premium ingredients from Japan, such as fresh wasabi (from the root), which can cost up to €290/kg.
It also includes Wagyu, beef that has received massages, classical music and relaxation while still alive. Considered one of the tastiest meats in the world, it can cost up to €400/kg.
We also serve binchotan charcoal. This non-carcinogenic charcoal is considered the most pleasant and gives sushi the best flavor.
We also serve shiso leaves and yuzu lemon.
These 5 ingredients are only included in the premium tasting.
