We offer three tasting experiences: Simple, Premium and Master.
The difference isn't in the quantity, but in the quality and origin of the ingredients. From the most accessible to the most exquisite combinations, you will find unique flavours — and in the most exclusive levels, we use products selected directly from Japan.
In this experience, we highlight rare and excellent ingredients, sourced directly from Japan. Among them is fresh wasabi root, an exclusive product that can reach values of £250/kg.
We also include the prestigious Wagyu, meat recognised for its unparalleled texture and unique flavour. Created with extreme care — which includes massages, classical music and a relaxing environment — this is one of the most valued cuts in the world, and can exceed £350/kg.
The experience is further elevated with the use of binchotan charcoal, considered the purest and most pleasant, enhancing the flavour of the sushi in an unparalleled way.
To complete it, we add the freshness of shiso leaf and the citrus and aromatic touch of yuzu lemon.
